The wine is made according to the "méthode traditionnelle". Aged for 24 to 36 months at a constant temperature of 12°C.

Generous bead with great finesse. Pale yellow, shiny and translucid, with aromas of well ripened fruit and hazelzelnut. 

Grape 80% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay
